By installing or using the PVADN Player channel on a Roku device, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the channel.

2. Description of Service

The PVADN Player channel is a commercial digital signage application that displays scheduled media content on registered Roku devices at venue locations. It is intended for use by venue operators and their designated staff, not general consumers.

3. Device Registration

A valid 6-digit company code issued by PVADN is required to register a device. You are responsible for keeping your company code confidential. PVADN reserves the right to deactivate any device found to be used outside its registered venue.

4. Content

All media content delivered through the channel is provided by PVADN or its content partners. You may not modify, redistribute, or use delivered content outside the intended display purpose.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or tamper with the channel software.
• Use the channel for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access content or devices belonging to other registered venues.

6. Availability

PVADN does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the channel or content delivery service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PVADN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the channel.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the channel after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
